Jakarta, September 22, 2026 – PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (“GoTo” or the “Company”) today published the agenda for its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), which will be held on October 14, 2026. It was disclosed via the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, eASY.KSEI, and the Company's website.
The agenda includes a proposal to cancel more than 32 billion treasury shares, representing approximately 2.7% of the Company's total issued shares.
Hans Patuwo, GoTo Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “Cancelling these shares permanently reduces our share count and proportionately raises the stake of every existing shareholder, providing direct benefit to everyone who holds GoTo shares today. We remain committed to creating value for our shareholders and will adhere to the highest standards of corporate governance as we continue to act in the interests of all stakeholders.”
The Company is also seeking approval for the resignation of Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo from her position as Vice President Director of the Company, which was disclosed via the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 28, 2026.
Hans added: “Catherine is moving on for family and personal reasons. We have prepared for this transition, and it will be handled without disruption to the business. She has been a valued colleague over many years and a steady presence through some demanding periods. She leaves with my thanks and very best wishes.”
