JAKARTA, 27 January 2026 – As a company founded and grown in Indonesia, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (IDX: “GOTO” or the “Company”), continues to actively support the well-being of millions of Gojek driver-partners and their families. This commitment is reflected through Bakti GoTo untuk Negeri, a set of four concrete initiatives designed not only to address immediate needs, but also to create future opportunities for driver-partners’ families across Indonesia.

The Bakti GoTo untuk Negeri initiatives include social protection (BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), the Holiday Bonus (Bonus Hari Raya), the Gojek Partner Job Fair (Bursa Kerja Mitra), Scholarships for Partners and Their Families (Beasiswa untuk Mitra dan Keluarga), as well as the Partner Self-Sustaining Business Program (Usaha Mitra Swadaya). Together, these four initiatives represent GoTo’s long-term commitment to building a safer, more inclusive and sustainable ecosystem.

In line with the Indonesian government’s priorities under President Prabowo Subianto to strengthen the protection and welfare for driver-partners, this initiative reflects GoTo’s proactive efforts to deliver tangible solutions for millions of driver-partners across the country.

President Director and CEO of GoTo, Hans Patuwo, said, “The wellbeing of our driver-partners is a top priority – GoTo would not be here without their support. We have always believed that the Company’s journey and growth must go hand-in-hand with improving the welfare of our top-performing driver-partners. Through these four initiatives, we want to ensure they are protected today, while also having better opportunities for the future.”

Attending the launch of Bakti GoTo untuk Negeri, Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, and the Deputy for Small Enterprises at the Ministry of MSMEs, Temmy Satya Permana, expressed their appreciation for GoTo’s four sustainable initiatives to improve the well-being of driver-partners and their families.

GoTo is among the first digital platform companies in Indonesia to provide access to free social protection for its top-performing two-wheel and four-wheel driver-partners. After launching the program in Surabaya in December 2025, the Company is now expanding BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan benefits to hundreds of thousands of top-performing driver-partners, complemented by Gojek’s comprehensive safety program. Eligible top driver-partners nationwide (Mitra Juara se-Indonesia) will begin receiving BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan benefits from 1 February 2026.

Continuing the commitment made in 2025, GoTo will also distribute the Holiday Bonus (Bonus Hari Raya) to eligible driver-partners as a form of appreciation and to support them in celebrating Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr with their families.

Furthermore, GoTo has introduced the Gojek Partner Job Fair (Bursa Kerja Mitra Gojek), which provides access for driver-partners and their family members to professional job opportunities across sectors. The Job Fair is open to all two-wheel and four-wheel driver-partners and their family members who hold a D3 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree). In collaboration with Jobseeker Company, the platform serves as a dedicated job portal for driver-partners, offering access to career opportunities from employers, CV preparation assistance, interview coaching, and other professional development programs.

In addition, together with the GoTo Merah Putih Foundation (YGMP), GoTo continues to expand its scholarship program for driver-partners and their children. The program is designed to support long-term economic mobility across generations, an approach that remains the first and only of its kind within Indonesia’s digital platform ecosystem.

This year, the scholarship quota has increased fivefold to 150 recipients and has been expanded to not only include driver-partners’ children, but also for Gojek driver-partners themselves, widening access to education and long-term economic opportunities.

Lastly, GoTo has also introduced the Partner Self-Sustaining Business Program (Usaha Mitra Swadaya), which equips driver-partners with skills and resources to build additional and sustainable sources of income. For example, in several cities, Gojek driver-partners are being supported to open repair workshops for fellow driver-partners, operate small shops, and develop other micro-businesses.

Through these four concrete initiatives, GoTo demonstrates its continued commitment to driver-partners by strengthening social protection, improving quality of life, and investing in the future of Indonesian families.

Bakti GoTo untuk Negeri represents GoTo’s tangible commitment to building an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem, where business growth goes hand in hand with the well-being of driver-partners and their families, and supporting Indonesia’s continued development.
