Jakarta, March 3, 2026 – PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia, Tbk (IDX: “GOTO” or “the Company”) is committed to distributing the 2026 Bonus Hari Raya (BHR) to two and four-wheel Gojek driver-partners who make the Gojek platform their primary or additional source of income, while also maintaining high service standards for customers.
The BHR program aligns with the directive of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, as announced by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, together with the Minister of Manpower Yassierli, the Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, the Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry/ Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and CEO of Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, and the Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, said, “This year’s BHR program has been implemented through close communication with the platform operators and we are grateful for their strong commitment, as represented by those that are here today. In 2026, the BHR will reach approximately 850,000 driver-partners, with a total allocation of Rp220 billion.”
He also noted that GoTo has doubled its fund this year to approximately Rp 100-110 billion and will provide BHR to 400,000 driver-partners this year.
Hans Patuwo, President Director/CEO of GoTo, said, “The Bonus Hari Raya is not just financial support, it also reflects the spirit of togetherness we share with our driver-partners. We are grateful to them for the trust they continue to place in Gojek and GoTo as a platform to earn a living, and also for growing together with us. Through BHR, we want to recognize their contributions over the past year in maintaining high service standards for customers, while also ensuring the long term sustainability of our Company.”
For BHR 2026, GoTo’s total budget allocation has more than doubled compared to last year, from Rp50 billion in 2025 to Rp110 billion this year. For the lowest BHR category, the amount has risen three to four times compared to last year, from Rp50,000 in 2025 to Rp150,000 for two-wheel driver-partners and Rp200,000 for four-wheel driver-partners this year.
The BHR reflects GoTo’s appreciation and commitment to supporting driver-partners as they celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their families. It is distinct from the government mandated Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) for formal workers.
Eligibility is determined based on the principle of fairness and aligned with driver-partner leveling as shown in the Gojek Driver application. This has ensured a transparent and accountable process.
The criteria include:
-
Use of the Gojek platform as a primary or additional source of income (measured by online hours)
-
Service quality (measured by order acceptance and completion rates)
The BHR recipients are grouped as follows:
-
Mitra Juara: Driver-partners who rely on Gojek as their primary source of income (high productivity) and demonstrate strong service quality.
-
This group is divided into six sub-categories based on how many times they achieved “Mitra Juara” level over the past 12 months (between 1 and 12 times).
-
-
Mitra Andalan: Driver-partners who rely on Gojek as an additional source of income (moderate productivity) and demonstrate strong service quality.
-
This group is divided into three sub-categories based on how many times they achieved “Mitra Andalan” level over the past 12 months (between 1 and 12 times).
-
-
Mitra Harapan: Driver-partners who use Gojek as an occasional source of income (low productivity) or who maintain sufficient acceptance and completion rates.
-
Mitra Harapan who achieved “Mitra Juara” level at least once over the past 12 months; or
-
Mitra Harapan who achieved “Mitra Andalan” level at least once over the past 12 months.
-
Two-wheel driver-partners will receive BHR ranging from Rp150,000 to Rp900,000. Four-wheel driver-partners will receive BHR ranging from Rp200,000 to Rp1,600,000.
The BHR will be distributed to eligible driver-partners through their GoPay Mitra balance between 4-6 March 2026.
Hans added, “We recognize that every driver-partner’s circumstances are different – some remain active throughout the year, while others may take time off due to health or family responsibilities. We have refined this year’s BHR recipient categories to better reflect these realities and ensure the distribution remains fair and transparent.”
The BHR is part of GoTo’s broader driver-partner welfare initiative under its Partner Appreciation Program (PAM). Aside from BHR, PAM provides social protection such as free BPJS Health and BPJS Employment coverage (from December 2025), as well as operational discount vouchers. PAM also provides the Gojek Driver Job Fair, scholarship programs for driver-partners and their families, and the Mitra Swadaya Entrepreneurship Program to support skills development and additional income opportunities.
