About the Role
We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst at the GoTo Group HoldCo level, supporting the coverage of the ODS/Gojek business. In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of FP&A duties including budgeting, rolling forecast, business & financial review, and financial modeling. You will be an expert with a solid grasp on the end-to-end financial and operations data, supporting various parties with quantitative and qualitative insights, therefore perform as a meaningful contributing force to GoTo’s strategy formulation and corporate decisions of the Senior Management (CEO, CFO, etc.) from a financial planning and analysis standpoint.
What You Will DoConsolidate financial reports and forecasts across business units to deliver a comprehensive view of Group performance, providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.Partner with ODS/Gojek business units under GoTo Group to track and analyze business performance and facilitate group-level understanding - translating business drivers into financial impact/results and vice-versaPlay a key role in Group budgeting and financial forecast exercises, applying business judgment and financial insights to help with operational target settingMaintain sophisticated financial modeling, support the team’s efforts to build models from scratch, improve existing models, and capture complex business reality/dynamicsCollaborate with Investor Relations/Corporate Development team on earnings and corporate actions as one of the main data suppliers to support the company’s performance in the capital market What You Will Need3-5 years of FP&A experience and/or experience in the financial services sector Strong understanding of financial statements, with Degree level qualification in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields of studyGood financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Comfortable working with large volumes of numbers and formulas; Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides is a plus; A self-motivator for learning, problem-solvin,g and deep-diving into complex conceptsAbility to communicate efficiently and build work relationships with business units and other stakeholdersAttention to details with high standards for quality and accuracy in resultsA desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated commitmentA team player who collaborates closely with others for the same goal
