About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Technology Group, which spans across multiple functions such as Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Security, and other areas within the Technology Group. This role plays a key part in enabling sound financial management of strategic tech investments—including software licensing, cloud infrastructure, platform development, and AI-related projects. You will be accountable for key aspects of budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting, while proactively identifying issues, solving problems, and aligning across stakeholders to strengthen process reliability and operational execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.


What You Will Do
  • The scope includes budgeting, controlling, and monitoring financial activities for these functions.
  • The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment with financial goals and providing detailed support to business units on financial tracking and analysis.
  • Additionally, they will be integral to the budgeting process, bringing a strategic viewpoint to financial decisions and contributing to the efficient allocation of resources.

  • Proven minimum 5-7 years of finance business partnering experience in budgeting, spend control, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear financial insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the willingness to learn beyond assigned tasks and broaden financial knowledge.
  • High integrity and accountability in handling financial data.
  • Hands-on attitude with a willingness to dive into details.
